WebAug 19, 2024 · Caamp is American from Ohio. The band began as a project between childhood friends Taylor Meier and Evan Westfall, who met at a summer camp while they were middle school students. In 2013 Taylor began playing in coffee shops around Athens while studying at Ohio University. WebAwesome show. They played great. Covered all the favorites. Very entertaining. 2 Encores. Band seemed to really enjoy the crowd's energy. After the show I was able to meet and chat a bit with all the members of Caamp. Evan was very friendly and hung out with me and my friends for a while just discussing music and such with us. Very cool band.
