WebYou can use the existing rules for brass knuckles and gauntlets. I see you also ignored the first bullet point in the OP. They are improvised weapons. Punching is an unarmed strike, it doesn't count as a weapon. It also does a flat 1 damage, instead of 1d4. As punching is not a weapon, you can't use the melee cantrips with it.
